Thank you for choosing to work with La'Sandra. I am committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience. Please review the following customer policy carefully. By booking our services or purchasing our products, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. No Refunds Policy

All purchases, deposits, and payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies to all services, classes, consultations, products, and bookings.

  • No exceptions will be made, including but not limited to:

    • Cancellations by the customer

    • Missed appointments or classes

    • Dissatisfaction with results, as all services are performed with professional care and expertise

    • Changes to personal schedule or circumstances

    • Failure to follow through with pre- or post-care instructions

2. Booking & Rescheduling Guidelines

  • Consultations: Some services (e.g., hair extensions) require an initial consultation. Consultations are also non-refundable.

  • Deposits: Deposits are required for specific services to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to other services.

  • Rescheduling: Clients may request one (1) reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Reschedules requested outside this timeframe will require a new deposit or payment.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Failure to show up for an appointment or class will result in a forfeiture of any deposits or payments made.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, and you may need to rebook with a new payment.

  • If La'Sandra must cancel or reschedule, clients will be contacted as soon as possible to make alternate arrangements.

4. Product & Kit Purchases

  • All product sales are final. This applies to beauty kits, makeup products, hair extensions, and wigs.

  • Please verify your purchase before completing the transaction, as no refunds or exchanges will be issued.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are expected to:

  • Provide accurate information during consultations or at booking

  • Follow any preparation or post-care instructions for services

  • Arrive on time for appointments and classes

  • Notify of any changes promptly according to the rescheduling policy
